If notified in advance of significant disruptions, the host will inform guests and only accept bookings with their approval. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. ○ Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property ○ A $250CAD fine will be charged, if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit following by law and fine policy. ○ No shoes inside. Please remove outdoor shoes while in the home. ○ Quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbours, bylaws, and basement tenants (Applicable to certain Units) ○ We do have a strict complaint policy. One complaint is a warning, the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, we have a noise detector. ○ (If applicable) Please exercise caution on the balcony. All children must be supervised by an adult while on the balcony. ○ (Applicable to Equipped Units) Guest will be charged $200 for Banff Pass, $200 for unit fob/key, if not returned. ○ Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance for consideration. However, the environmental control was very challenging to operate, the unit was very hot and did not cool down, which made sleeping difficult, the Netflix profiles on the main TV were lock and were not able to add a new profile. It would have been nice to have a more complete description of the unit's layout. We were not aware that there were four flights of stairs. Our good friend was recovering from a knee replacement and it was difficult for her to navigate the stairs. ##### Clifford B.
