This unique architect-designed home offers two private suites under one roof—perfect for large families or groups wanting privacy and connection. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and access to a small backyard. Downstairs features 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa, and in-suite laundry. Each suite is fully self-contained, with its own entrance, yet rented together as one home. No shared spaces with anyone outside your group. Maximum Occupancy The property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults, including children. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 3\.
