The house was about 45 minutes of a beautiful drive to all the festivities of the antique show and about 30 minutes to A&M to visit my niece which made a great location for us. Our daughter found the property in Caldwell about 24 miles SW of Bryan because the local hotels all jack their rates to obscene and most had no vacancy. It seemed to have whatever one would need for a longer visit as well. Only thing I wasn’t expecting was that there is no cable so renters need to have some kind of account through a cable provider to watch tv. Smart (Roku) set up allows for whatever subscription service you have though. I also wasn’t expecting a charge for a 3rd guest since the listing indicates it can accommodate 4 ppl. I rent a lot through VRBO and have not had that “extra guest” charge before unless it was clearly indicated. If that was the case I must have missed it somewhere.
