The Sawtooth home has all the necessities to bring a heart warm feeling during your stay. This is a must if you're looking for a nice place to stay in a small cozy neighborhood tucked away but close to all the needed things in Caldwell, ID. The Space: \*\*Please Note:\*\* This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but as a lived-in rental, \*\*normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present\*\*. These do not affect the functionality or comfort of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to address any issues that arise during your visit. Property was as described, was very clean, extra linens and pillows easy to find, good sized back yard, garage accessible, has a security system. Good location that is quiet and easy to access. Location is only a few minutes from the freeway, grocery shopping (eg, Costco), and variety of restaurants (eg, Red Robin, etc.). Property is about 30-40 minutes from airport if traffic is flowing well. Bryce and Callie clearly conveyed they wanted the rental experience to go well and went the extra mile in that when it was discovered that air mattresses had leaks and mini ironing board would not work for long wedding dresses, they dropped off new air mattresses and a full size ironing board the same evening (thanks for your great hospitality). Instructions to access and checkout were clear and easy to follow and damage deposit was returned promptly. All in all a very positive experience and we would certainly consider staying here again in the future. Great property and great hosts. ##### Rick P.
