The light-colored features amplify the natural light to make it feel fresh and bright. It is equipped with a huge smart TV in the living room and primary bedroom (bring your own logins). It is a single level home, has an indoor fireplace, regular kitchen amenities and a common area right across the street. \*\*Please Note:\*\* This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but as a lived-in rental, \*\*normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present\*\*. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was strange that there wasn’t a back fence, only side fences. So you can easily see into the neighbors backyard. Home was nice for three adults. We came up for the State Wrestling Tournament. We booked the night before. Our host was quick to reply and so welcoming. The house was beautiful with plenty of space. The hosts were quick to respond and even brought over a snow shovel when asked. Quiet neighborhood and an excellent location. Located on outskirts of Caldwell for quiet sleep, and Nampa is an easy drive to Karcher and Treasure Valley Marketplace for Costco and shopping. Would definitely stay again.
