Welcome to our meticulously crafted, private guest cottage nestled on a renowned historic estate “an oasis in the metropolis”. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, wellness centers:medspas, plus. Located approximately 20 miles from New York City, this one-of-a-kind space is designed to provide a relaxed and inspiring escape. With a consistent five-star rating, our cottage has welcomed professional athletes, business travelers, relocating families, tourists, traveling nurses, and doctors alike. Dog-friendly and welcoming to up to two dogs! Ask us about our pet policy.  
  
The Space: Perfect for 2 guests, this guest cottage offers a live/work/play atmosphere that promises to delight even the most seasoned traveler. Architectural charm shines throughout the space, featuring an open studio area and a cozy, separate sleeping nook with a platform queen bed (two steps up). A full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a kitchenette. A small deck off the back for your own time to relax and drink coffee. Plus your own free parking up to 2 cars. (There is no subletting, there is NO commercial use of the space , No Smoking, no drug use, no firearms or weapons). All guests must be on the booking.   
  
(Pardon us as outside yard/natural pond renovations /container structure continue,) some areas may be off limits outside. (You may see hosts, other guests, maintenance on outside areas and other structures of the multi-structure estate). Gardeners 1x week as well.

Guest Access: Arrive via a private gravel driveway, passing the stunning main house built in 1752, and find free parking for up to 2 cars in your private driveway. Your entrance to the cottage is easily accessible.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to local spots. The host was wonderful and made everything so easy. Can’t wait to come back!

#### Convenient and unique

The cottage is situated on beautiful grounds and it was a great location for visiting family. The cottage itself was musty, which can cause breathing issues. The bed on the platform was a little difficult to maneuver, especially at night. There’s a nice deck off of the living room that we enjoyed at breakfast.
