Just minutes off the freeway, this quiet home is a perfect stop over to split up a long day of traveling or a quiet getaway for couples. This home is beautifully decorated to maximize the comfort and practicability of the space. This home features fast WiFi, an oversized smart tv, fully stocked kitchen and a bright blue exterior door making it easy for you to find. The Space: This quaint little house is full of charm and warmth. Come and enjoy our amazing city of Caldwell. There is no garage just park in Gravel driveway off of Halstead Ave. Also, this charming home does not have a fenced in yard, but it does have a side yard with mature trees and place to relax. We proudly offer a 10% military discount to honor those who serve! Please reach out before booking so we can apply your special offer. Guest Access: We offer self-check-in, which is contactless and gives you quick access to the home. We're also just a text/call away if you have any questions during your stay. The Neighborhood: This home is at the end of E Morrison St. looking right at the Fairview Golf Course in Caldwell. It's driveway faces the golf course on an alleyway (Halstead St.) Nearest crossroads are Fairview Ave and E. Morrison St. Getting Around: I-84 W take exit 28 for 10th Ave toward City Center. Turn left onto N 10th Ave, right onto Grant St, left onto S Kimball Ave and then take another left to stay on to S Kimball Ave, then right onto E Morrison St. House is with Dark blue door. The kitchen was small, and mentioned a dishwasher, but there wasn’t a dishwasher. It was great that it was pet friendly as we brought our sweet dog with us, and she was comfortable too. Huge bonus because we hate to travel without our dog. We really enjoyed the bathroom bluetooth fan with music, super fun addition. The swinging bench outside had a few spiderwebs, so we didn’t sit down much outside. When reading through the welcome flyer, it mentioned a bucket and shovel available to pick up after our pet, but we couldn’t find that, so I used some of the grocery bags that I had when I purchased items at the store. The only reason I gave it a four out of five stars on communication was because I got our welcome text message once I booked the stay, and responded to that message that the digital guidebook said it was inactive, and I never got a response in return. ##### Miranda S. Parking space is in an alley behind a series of other dwellings. Golfers on the golf course could Literally have a conversation with us in the driveway. No dishwasher, which means Community-use dishes never really get a hot cleansing wash. The size was perfect for two guests. The kitchen is small and the table stools available are cramped. But it worked ok for a few days’ stay. Sufficient pots and pans, silverware, glassware, and dishes. Very large television and sectional couch in the living room. Washer and dryer were convenient to have. Everything in the property works well. Late arrival and access worked easily. We came over from Oregon and got delayed on our trip and didn't get in till late. Our kids were supposed to stay with family but because of our late arrival they needed to stay with us for the evening and the hosts were so accomodating. This trip has been the most eventful vacation I have ever had. We had to add several extra nights and ended up doing them one reservation at a time because our car decided it needed an overheating problem! They were so accommodating and so attentive to all of my messaging. Will definitely be booking with them in the future. Its great when youre here visiting family and you dont have to worry about a hotel and the cons that come along with them. Couch was comfortable. Bed was firm but I appreciate that. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, as was the deep sectional couch. Location was quiet and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The yard was perfect for kids and dogs to stretch their legs, while the adults enjoyed the porch swing. The kids especially loved the peanuts provided to feed the squirrels. ##### Carlen G. Our dogs enjoyed their time and so did our kids. We actually only live about an hour down the road. We booked it as a "staycation" to enjoy the Winter Wonderland. The house was incredibly clean. We had a hiccup with getting into the property; however, the owner/property manager quickly gave us an alternative to get in which was successful. The smart bathroom was lots of fun. We played Christmas music while our family cycled through showers. Very comfortable and everyone enjoyed it! ##### Sarah C. We expected something small to just sleep at while in town visiting family but we got so much more! Bryce was there to help at the drop of a hat when we encountered a slight hiccup at check in. Kitchen had every basic need and then some (except you have to wash your dishes so do them as you go… my bad lol!). The photos make the space look smaller than it is! The living room was perfect size for our family to enjoy the Roku TV in the evenings and lounge around in the mornings. Bathroom is basic but just what was needed. As someone that prefers having a kitchen and some space to a hotel room when traveling with kids this charming home was perfect and very comfortable. Also fun to watch the golfers tee off from the back door. Perk! And being Holiday time, we enjoyed the towns lights and decor. The only thing I’d say is bring your own pillow if you have a pillow preference. The memory foam pillows are wonderful but I’m picky. Otherwise we had a very comfortable stay. We have stayed at many travel homes and the check in and check out process was wonderfully simple, making you feel like the fees you pay are worth it verses being expected to deep clean before you leave; just do the basic courtesies you would as leaving a friends home. We will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself for sure. ##### Erin J. Séjour de 4 nuits en novembre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Gary S. 1 nov. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Comfortable Home, Convenient Location This a a cozy, comfortable little home in a quiet little neighborhood, conveniently located for everything we needed to do in the Caldwell area. We got a little lost finding it at first because the address on Vrbo specified 415 W and it is actually 415 E, but we contacted Bryce & Callie and Bryce guided us there safely. The house had everything we needed and was a nice place to relax after a busy day of activities. The kitchen was well-equipped. There's no dishwasher, but hand washing the dishes was no big deal for our little group of three. A cool little feature for those who like music while they shower is a built in Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. My son loved the BIG television in living room. Bed and couch were both quite comfortable for sleeping. Parking is adequate but would probably not work well for a particularly large vehicle. Hosts were friendly and responsive.
