This inviting retreat boasts entertainment aplenty with a foosball table, home gym, and a trampoline for outdoor fun. Accommodating up to 16 guests, it's an ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Situated near the freeway and Hwy 20/26, with shopping just 10 minutes away, this location offers easy access to both adventure and amenities. Book now for an unforgettable stay! The Space: When you arrive to the home, you'll have a 3 car driveway to park, a porch swing and a screen door. Using the unique code assigned to you, you'll enter a large hallway and the first 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. With Smart TVs in every bedroom, movie nights are a breeze, while the family-friendly atmosphere ensures that guests of all ages feel right at home. We also have 3 air mattress in the house that are available for use. The first bedroom has a Queen Temperpedic mattress with an adjustable base. Side built in cabinets for your personal items, smart 50" TV, and a closet. The full bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as towels for your stay. The 2nd bedroom is the "bunk room" It's a triple bunk bed (twin over twins) as well as some kid toys, smart TV, and a Swing! As you walk down the hall you'll see the garage door (locked) and a set of stairs to your right and another bedroom to your left. The 3rd Bedroom has a King bed, a dedicated workspace as well as a bunk bed (in the closet!) A great option for kids or teenagers. Up the stairs takes you to a Jr Suite with 2 Queen Daybeds and a Full Murphy bed, as well as an 86" Smart TV, a closet and a full bathroom with raised vanities. Back downstairs and to your right opens up into the living room, kitchen and dining space. Open concept with vaulted ceilings, lots of space to gather. On the left hand side there is a small segue to the primary ensuite which has a King bed with an adjustable base, a large bathroom with a private water closet, separate shower and 6ft tub as well as dual vanities. As for parking the Garage is NOT accessible, it has the owners personal items in it but street parking is available along with the driveway. Please remember if on the street, be sure to leave 3+ feet from driveways. Also this home has a guest house that gets rented out occasionally separate from the main house, please leave a parking spot on the far right of the driveway for those guests. Step inside to discover a welcoming ambiance, where a spacious living area invites you to unwind with loved ones. This home is higher cost than most, which is fine if it meets the standard. It doesn't.The main reason for choosing this place was the fact that it is listed as being not pet-friendly (it's unfortunately hard to find these lately) but there was obvious pet hair on the couch pillows and a few other places.The ad shows pictures of a garage gym but it's off limits. There is a sign on the door to the garage stating that it's private property, no guest access. Part of the house is rented out separately, along with one of the spaces. I was informed via email, after booking, that we needed to leave a parking space open for potential additional parties. This should be more clear on the listing, but I'm guessing they're afraid it would cause you to choose something else.Oh, a little thing, but I hated waiting for what seemed hours for the water to get hot in the main bath.I wanted to like this place, but came away disappointed. The kitchen was stocked very well, which was great for our large group. One of the best parts was that by renting both the house and the MIL unit, there was perfect bed space and room arrangements for every person and family unit in our party of 16, and that's rare to find (no one had to settle for a couch, hideabed, bunk beds, or air mattresses.) The only bunks were in the triple-bunk room, and the 3 kids in there loved it!! The backyard was is set up for maximum enjoyment.
