The breakfast is good. But once an hour someone tries to forcefully sell you some shares in a flat... Really annoying. You have to have good nerves to be able to handle that forced sale. When you come back from breakfast, they are waiting at the door and trying to sell you shares. Ficamos hospedados de domingo pra segunda, chegamos 4 da tarde e fomos pras piscinas que estavam, todas, com mau cheiro e águas turvas. No café da manhã fomos os primeiros a entrar às 7 da manhã e os ovos já estavam frios, o pão de queijo estavam frios, tinha um funcionário tomando café da manhã no salão???? Nenhum atendimento é passarinhos entraram no salão e ficavam bicando os bolos. Esse hotel não tem maître ou gerente? Na piscina pedimos uma porção de pastéis metade carne e queijo e só veio pastéis de queijo. O lugar é silencioso, porém na noite de sexta pra sábado fizeram uma festa do outro lado da represa, acredito que ninguém conseguiu dormir, música muito alta a noite toda. Pensei em ligar pra polícia, mas não fiz. Outra coisa, eu nunca tinha pego pensão completa, não façam isso, pois acaba te prendendo no resort. Vale destacar o Kawana fica próximo do resort, dá pra ir a pé, o ruim de lá é que a água do brinquedo infantil é muito gelada. Water Parque e Privê são juntos , a gente só atravessa a catraca. A maioria dos brinquedos do Water são com águas frias, já no Privê são quentinhas . E o Náutico só tem água gelada, bonito lá é a vista do lago. Meus filhos não gostaram de lá. Sobre o resort, não tenho o que reclamar, café da manhã com bastante variedades, comida boa , funcionários educados, fui na área da piscina somente um dia , tem piscinas aquecidas e tem geladas. Área infantil, gelada. Limpeza dos quartos dia sim, dia não. Tem recreação todos os dias. O café da manhã estava impossivel de se servir, hotel com capacidade total esgotada e apenas 1 restaurante para cafe da manha num hotel tao grande. Jantar se repete a cena do cafe, filas absurdas, sem muita variedade. Com exceção aos chuveiros, que eram fracos, nada a reclamar da habitação. Quanto às dependências do hotel, tudo de excelente qualidade, um ótimo lugar para passar tempo com a família, principalmente para quem tem filhos. Muitas piscinas, aquecidas e não aquecidas, sauna, bar molhado, shows, muitas opções de recreação infatil e adulta. Pegamos meia-pensão, então pudemos provar além do café da manhã, muito bem servido, saboroso e variado, do jantar, igualmente bem servido, saboroso e variado. Tudo que não está incluso no pacote é descrito logo no check-in, e os preços estão dentro do esperado, nada abusivo. A rede além dos hotéis, possui diversos parques na cidade e disponibiliza transporte dos hotéis para eles via barco, ou via ônibus. Apesar de ser um serviço incluso no pacote, vale a crítica ao estado de conservação do ônibus, coisas simples que poderiam ser corrigidas e passariam uma melhor impressão ao usuário, como partes soltas fazendo muito barulho, ou a porta de trás que precisa de um empurraozinho pra abrir.
