A bakery and a cozy pizzeria are just around the corner, and the valley station of the Mendel funicular is only 200 meters away. The accommodation consists of a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private terrace with breathtaking panoramic views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay in South Tyrol: stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The apartment’s elegant atmosphere is especially noteworthy – every detail has been thoughtfully planned and lovingly furnished. You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the apartment. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included free of charge. The stylish Mendelglück Apartments are located in an absolutely quiet spot above the heart of Kaltern – offering breathtaking panoramic views over the wine village and the surrounding hills. Built in 2025, the two high-quality apartments each feature two bedrooms, a modern open-plan kitchen and living area, and a private outdoor space – ideal for up to four adults. Elegant design meets South Tyrolean charm – perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Just a few steps away you’ll find the valley station of the Mendel funicular, a bakery, a cozy pizzeria, and a café. The starting points of numerous hiking trails are also right outside the door – ideal for nature lovers and active vacationers. A place to feel at home – with the perfect location to experience all that Kaltern has to offer. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card. Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges. Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
