The highlight of the apartment is the spacious panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The apartment offers two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a large terrace. The interior is modern and tastefully furnished. The apartment has been regularly renovated and is always kept in excellent condition. A private garage for your car and bicycles is available. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday in South Tyrol: dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The large panoramic terrace is undoubtedly the highlight of the apartment – having breakfast will turn into a memorable holiday experience. The apartment is spread over the 1st and 2nd floor. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. The Villa Laurin is located in a sunny position, surrounded by the picturesque vineyards of Caldaro, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. The village center of Caldaro is just a 4-minute walk away. Supermarkets, restaurants, and other shops are also just a few hundred meters from the property. Especially during summer, the peaceful and sunny location is truly unique. A hiking trail leading directly to Lake Caldaro starts right next to the villa. Alternatively, the lake shuttle bus stops at Caldaro’s train station, which is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Caldaro offers a wide range of activities, events, and festivals throughout the year. You can find all the information you need at the Tourist Office, located at the nearby main square. Villa Laurin stands out for its spectacular panoramic view of the vineyards and the village center of Caldaro. The modern interior design creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
