The apartment is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed to meet all needs. The spacious living area includes an integrated kitchenette, a dining table for cozy meals, and a comfortable, extendable sofa bed, providing additional space for overnight stays. A flat-screen TV, a safe, and free Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and security during your visit. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed, ensuring restful nights. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and towels. A special highlight is the private terrace, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, inviting you to enjoy sunny days or warm evenings in a relaxed atmosphere. Arrive and feel good at the Residence Hofgarten in Kaltern. Far away from the stress of everyday life, pure relaxation on our fruit and wine farm. There is a private parking lot in front of the property and a bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The valley station of the Mendelbahn and a bakery are not far away. Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged. Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards. Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies. Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance. Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges. Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure. Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
