This was a beautiful hotel. All new and very quiet, even though it’s next to the freeway. Showers without being in a bath tube and shampoo etc in the shower ready to go.

The staff made my experience enjoyable. I had called to see if I could get an earlier check in as I was unable to check in at the time set and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. Although I put them in a difficult position they tried their best to make sure I had a great experience and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The location was good. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hot tub was closed, unfortunately. The pool was very small. Room wasn't clean, large chip in shower. Shower head was extremely low, built for a child. Very noisy and a lot of dogs. Was woken up early by dogs barking and people yelling.

It is a very nice hotel and this is my second stay. I still feel they should offer a basic free breakfast and a paid premium breakfast. It would be that much better which is why I would choose a Comfort Inn over the Hilton in the future. Many of them are just as comfortable with really nice rooms and a free breakfast that is exactly the same as what this Hilton serves only CI also serves fresh made waffles as well as cereal, eggs and bacon, fresh juices, fruit,yogurt, etc

I really love this hotel except for one thing. They should offer a regular breakfast for free as they have exactly the same food that you get at a Comfort Inn for free. Exactly the same. And then the hotel can also offer a premium menu for $13.40

I got the deluxe room which was really nice. The room upon entering was super stuffy, I even opened up the windows to eliminate the scent. Although it was a non smoking room, I believe the previous people smoked cigarettes. The room had a king bed and I’m really disappointed on how noisy the box spring was. That really needs to be replaced. The mattress itself was not comfortable. I usually call to check out, while I called I was placed on hold for 10mins. My bf went downstairs to the service desk and no one was there. Eventually someone finally comes. I wouldn’t had care about being on hold for so long but this situation made us late to work. Something that takes 2 minutes took 20 minutes. Checking in was easy and smooth. On the other hand, checking out took forever. I’ve been to this hotel several times, but this last experience was just not good.

Property and rooms are very nice and what you would expect of a HGI. On the downside, my room was only cleaned 1 of the 3 days of my stay (Sun-Thurs) with no explanation. I vacated the room by 9 or 9:30 each day. Also, despite inclusing my Hilton Honors number in my Expedia profile, my Hilton stays are do not automatically show up on my HH account. I have to add it at the end of each stay.
