"What an amazing little gem located right in the old town of Palma! When we arrived stressed and tired from our long flight stepping into hotel Basílica was like a wonderful welcome home. From the beautiful building, sparkling cava to the fabulous staff, we felt instantly relaxed and pampered. Great room on the 4th floor with a cosy attic feel and luxury toiletries and a welcome bottle of ice cold Cava. One flight of stairs to the stunning roof top plunge pool with amazing views over the old town right to the harbour! Loved the honesty bar and the what’s app quick and efficient ordering system. All staff at the hotel were nothing short of wonderful with a special mention to Javier and the lovely, can’t do enough for you, Blanca, we will miss you. We stayed at Hotel Basílica for four fantastic days and cannot recommend highly enough😍 Thank you for making our first stay in Mallorca absolutely amazing"

"The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. The airline lost our luggage and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, including helping us call the airport to get updates. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. Easy to walk to the city centre, but not too busy."

"The hotel was very well located overlooking the harbour and just a pleasant 20 minute walk in to Palma city centre. We stayed in a twin room with balcony and had a full sea & harbour view on the fourth floor, despite only paying for a partial sea view. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a large built-in wardrobe and wide-screen TV. The ensuite shower room was also very clean and spacious. The hotel was well equipped with a small swimming pool and hot-tub in a patio area, next to a small terrace with sun loungers overlooking the harbour. The breakfast options on a morning were plentiful and of good quality. The poolside bar also served food and drinks of excellent quality. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism of the hotel was of the condition of the reception area, where there were some very worn / tired-looking red leather sofas by the entrance doors that just weren't in keeping with the modern decor found everywhere else in the hotel. The hotel is located along a busy main road and there are roadworks ongoing along the road outside, causing quite a lot of noise for anyone sunbathing on the terrace above. This is unavoidable due to the busy location and no fault of the hotel. Overall we would rate the hotel 8/10 and would definitely consider staying there again, should we ever return to Palma city in future."
