"Great hotel! With nice selection of swimming pools inside and beach.
Amazing staff! Well done to Linda and Ines (dining room managers) they couldn’t really answer which food got walnuts and pecans, or might have (my son’s allergy) but they did everything they could possibly do, to make sure food is safe for my kid! Even told me chef can cook a meal just for him.
Seriously brilliant customer service.
Very clean around, nice activities for kids.
Overall very pleasant stay."
"The hotel is really modern and comfortable, very well maintained and super clean. The breakfast was really nice - a good buffet and a menu of cooked to order food.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.
Street parking is really tight in this area (its quite tough to find parking spots on the island generally) so I'd recommend booking the hotel's parking space."

"From the moment we entered the hotel the excellent customer service and care started.
There are staff who are greeted by regular holiday makers there as family.
We arrived late and they had a chef make us some food which was totally above and beyond for the time we arrived.
The hotel was fabulous had loads little rooms to relax, outdoor pool, indoor pool and gym looked immaculate
The rooms are great and comfy
The food was the best we have had in any hotel we been to.
The great think about the Restaurant was you had your own table for the duration of your holiday.
So you knew exactly where to sit and not feel rushed.
The Entertainment was also amazing, Martin who has been there years, as he came and spoke to us always makes sure it’s a first class show
It didn’t disappoint, we had Carlos who is Pavarotti, George Micheal, Robbie Williams then Queen, greatest act I have ever watched
He is booked every other Monday during the peak season as he is so good and a real crowd pleaser"
"We enjoyed the stay, apartment was clean and tidy and well presented having everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Facilities were great and staff really helpful and friendly. 10 min walk to the closest beach being the time of year the area was quite quiet which we had planned for, plenty to do in the local area and further afield. Would highly recommend and would happily return. We could imagine it would be very busy in the summer months though! "

"Loved our stay at this resort! It’s perfect if you’re looking to escape the busy island beaches as you can just relax by the pools all day. A few downsides though - make sure you reserve your tables in advance as we were turned away from the restaurant one evening due to the kitchen not being able to handle more than 4 tables at a time. Also, they don’t display wet floor signs so be careful when it rains as the area around reception is very slippery. I fell and injured my knee pretty badly.
The room was lovely, quite big with a good view of the resort. In room amenities are perfect. "
