"5 stars all around!! We were warmly welcomed at check in with a glass of champagne and very friendly service!! Huge shout out to the Kristal restaurant they have inside the hotel as well. We had a three course meal of the beef tenderloin and a sushi platter and Mochi for dessert paired with fresh fruit and the chef even brought us out his own creation of another seafood sashimi! The chef came out twice to greet us and ensure we were having a great meal which it was, the best meal I’ve ever had hands down!!I have never in my life had seafood more fresh and beef so tender as I did here. As a tip, go to that restaurant and skip the buffet they offer in their second restaurant, it was honestly the same price for everything as what we would’ve spent at the buffet. Overall, the hotel is located within a 15 min walk (farthest you’ll go) of 3 other beaches, all different in their own ways. If you don’t feel like walking to another beach, the property has its own beautiful pool with two bars to use and a private dock to jump into the ocean as you please. The room itself was amazing, all the rooms have a view of the ocean which was gorgeous and quiet to sit out on your balcony enjoying the views. All in all, the property was nice and relaxing without too much partying going on (which was what we were looking for) and they had live music and entertainers every night. I will always be dreaming from now on the delicious and amazing dinner from the Kristal restaurant and the stunning views"

"Had a 10/10 stay at this hotel! Staff were excellent, facilities and hotel grounds are AMAZING, and the hotel room was superb. Our stay was topped off with live entertainment each night (flamenco dancers, singers, musicians etc), great buffet breakfast, free spa facility included in stay, and great views. If you want a relaxing stay this is it!! The only thing to note is that you can hear noise from other guests closing/opening doors but was not an issue past 10:30/11pm. Not sure why this hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel! "

"Excellent hotel but seemingly very little around it"

"This is an excellent hotel for anyone visiting Palma, but particularly for those who like the art work of Joan Miro. His paintings are reflected in various ways throughout the hotel but also nearby are 1) the Miro Foundation, where you can see not only multiple artworks by Miro, but also his studios, which are fascinating; and 2) the Marivant Palace Gardens, where there are 12 Miro sculptures well situated at different points around the beautiful, peaceful gardens. The hotel has good facilities, including a large swimming pool with sun loungers, overlooked by an inddor and outdoor bar area. Our room, with a Miro painting reproduced on one wall, are relatively compact, but well furnished and comfortable. The bathroom had an excellent shower. The hotel is outside the city centre, but there are good bus services into the centre. All the staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended hotel!"
