Run by the kindest and classiest French lady, in the most beautiful village - we were early and they made sure to get the room ready much before time. "We had a great stay here, all the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially the girls on the anamacion team. They were always cheery and even though our daughter is too young to participate in most things they always spoke to her and tried to include her, making balloon animals for her etc. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a quiet family break on Ibiza."

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The location is beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a tranquil vacation.
That said, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The landscaping around the property could be better maintained to match the overall beauty of the setting. Additionally, the pool staff could benefit from more training to enhance the guest experience.

"The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids.
The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay.
We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."

When we checked in we didn't receive any information about the hotel, the spa or its facilities / treatments available to us. We weren't told where breakfast would be served or even given a tour of the hotel.
Before arrival, I made the hotel aware that I would be celebrating a special birthday and asked if they could recommend any fun activities we could book for the day. I was told that they would discuss suggestions when we arrive - unfortunately, this did not happen.
Breakfast was lovely but service was often slow. While the luxury hotel matched the price we paid it wasn't reflected in the customer service."
