About this space  
Enjoy a stylish 2 BR, 2 baths unit, that has everything you need to feel like at home. The unit has a 55" smart TV, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Fully air-conditioned with cooling/heating option. Equipped with electronic blackout shutters for added comfort. Located in the famous luxurious Dream Land gated community. Near numerous hot spots in the upscale 6th of October city. Close to Mall of Egypt, Smart City, Media Production City، and many other shopping areas and restaurants.  
The space  
The property has three beds. One large bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Baby crib is available upon request.  
  
Therefore, the property can comfortably fit 4 adults and one baby.  
  
Guests need to inform us with any guests above 4\. Any number above a total of 4 staying guest may be subject to extra charge.  
  
If we are not informed in advance with extra guests above 4, the booker will be subject to the extra charge and a $100 penalty. So, please respect the property rules for a safe and comfortable stay.
