The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate. Suitable for holidaymakers as well as temporary business residents. Take advantage of the short distance to all major attractions and restaurants. Inner City One Bedroom Apartment 27 is situated on the top (3rd) floor, accessible by lift from the ground floor. The lounge area offers a small balcony with a city view, modern furnishings, a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV. Free WiFi along with Stereo/Radio is provided for your entertainment during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, convection oven/microwave, kettle as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided with a few other staples for your convenience. The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-size bed, quality mattress and wardrobe. The bathroom features a bath/shower, washing machine and dryer and high-quality towels and bed linen. One allocated parking spot in the building garage is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool. The entire apartment is available for your sole use during your stay, an allocated parking spot in the building garage and a shared pool area. Roof top smokers area with view to the Esplanade. Response Rate: 100% Response time: within an hour The Cairns Esplanade is the jewel in the Cairns Crown. It is very popular with locals for walking, jogging, cycle pathways, exercise equipment at various locations along the length of grassy, well- maintained lawns. The expansive parks and gardens are beautiful. There is a concrete pathway along the beach. The southern end of the Esplanade has many bars and restaurants to choose from, as well as a world-class casino with restaurants (and is adjacent to the main shopping centre) Here you will find plenty of tour booking agents for a big range of reef, rainforest, tablelands tours, scenic flights, fishing trips, balloon flights, and other speciality tours. The Cairns Beach is for swimming. Please use the pool at the complex or the free huge lagoon infinity pool at the southern end of the esplanade which has it own beach and lifesavers. Gas Barbeques, ice creams shops, night markets and cafes nearby. Further along, the southern end of the Esplanade is the Marina, from where local charter, fishing charters and daily tour vessels to the reef operate and in the river mouth is the Port for national and international cruise ships. The main bar and restaurant area is about 2 to 15 Minutes walk. The Main Cairns Central Shopping Centre is one block away and smaller supermarkets a short walk to the Esplanade. The Cairns Airport (CNS) is approximately 10 minutes drive. Taxi and Uber are available. There are also many rental car operators or you can use Cairns Public transport. A free parking spot in the building underground carpark comes with the booking. As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience.
