Great pool, nice rooms, but unfortunately being asked 20€ to change a single towel, insisting that it was in the conditions when it is not, will probably stay in our minds more than anything.

Oasis in the wilderness
We ve just got back from a weeks stay at the Baia Delle Palme and we very much enjoyed our stay.The apartment itself was lovely , very clean and has basic equipment you would expect pots /pans etc (and including toilet paper!mentioned missing in a previous review ) also a hair dryer and clothers rack useful for drying the beach towels. We were upstairs so we had an ample sized balcony overlooking palm trees and beautifully maintained grounds ,which so were so very peaceful .Theres a beautiful swimming pool with shallow section for little ones and plenty of loungers to relax on .Reception staff always very friendly and gave help if needed . I only have a couple of small gripes about the property. The road leading from the main road is in very bad condition so be warned to take care and the other thing is the signage from the main road isn't good at all and we drove by the road a few times before finally asking a friendly garage worker and he showed us were it was.(the entrance is about 200m past the 'Tamoil ' Garage on the road to Chia )apart from that would highly recommend ,well done Baia Delle Palme !! :)

Relaxed holiday in Pula
Yes a truly lovely residence perfect for families or couples. The swimming pool was immaculate, appartments are beautiful and spacious and airy. Air conditioning available. Terrace space ample for al fresco dining. I would recommend supplying an iron and ironing board as basic. We had to buy one! The ping pong area was a bit shabby and old and should be updated although saying that, my sons did have many tournaments! The grounds are amazing and kept very well! A car is needed to get to the local sandy beaches with crystal waters. A couple of days we had to put up with a lot of seaweed at the edge of the water but otherwise beautiful! The town centre of Pula is nearby where there is a lot going on every night for those that want a typical Italian relaxed evening from having a drink in the piazza, eating at a choice of restaurants, choosing from the many flavours of ice cream which are all so delicious, whilst watching some entertainment on the piazza's stage! So many good restaurants outside of the centre too! Would highly recommend agroturismo type restaurants! All in all we loved the residence and the local areas. Thank you!

Premetto che in un attimo ti trovi catapultata in uno spettacolare giardino di enormi palme, prati verdi e tante, romantiche casette colorate. Giardino bellissimo!! E poi salta all’occhio una meravigliosa piscina di acqua salata, comoda per nuotatori esperti ma sicura con lo spazio per i bambini. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale con angolo cottura, completo di tutto. Bagno enorme con finestra ed un letto comodissimo. Climatizzatore funzionante (e necessario viste le temperature!!). La titolare, gentilissima, sempre pronta a dare consigli e informazioni, come anche tutto il suo staff. Molto agriturismi e ristoranti in zona, ma è consigliabile avere la macchina per spostarsi (o scooter). La spiaggia vicino al residence non è bellissima, ma è suggestiva per le passeggiate di prima mattina come piace fare a noi. Le spiagge di Chia si raggiungono in 20 minuti di auto. Il sito archeologico di Nora, in 5 minuti di auto. Consigliatissimo tutto. Ci torneremo!

Perfect, quite place
Perfect place to stay with beautiful view over the sea: very quite and relaxing. Very nice and clean resort with comfortabel pool. The accomodation is very spacious and comfortabel.

La struttura ha un giardino meraviglioso e una bella piscina . Essendo un residence ho trovato poco fornita la cucina , niente freezer e la parte esterna di pertinenza alla stanza un po’ trascurata .

Prima Lage, sehr schöner Garten und toller Pool! Wir hatten eine große Wohnung mit Terrasse und wunderschöner Aussicht in den Garten. Am Pool sind genügend Liegen mit Schirmen vorhanden, sodass wir zu jeder Zeit einen Platz fanden, da (fast) alle Gäste auf die frühmorgendliche Handtuch-Reservierung verzichteten.

Nicht sehr geräumig. Gute ruhige Lage. Nur 1 Mann Kaffeemaschine -Jura Design Klassiker der 60er Jahre- für ein 4-6 Personen Appartement=zu wenig. Stühle sehr hart und unbequem. Sonnenschirme wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.

Perfektes Hotel an super Lage
Sehr herzliches Personal. Das Hotel ist wunder schön und ist super, zwischen den schönsten Stränden Italiens gelegen. Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, schön und sauber.

Schöne Anlage, nette Besitzerin. Wer es ruhig mag, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Außerhalb vom Ort kann ma gut entspannen.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in dieser gepflegten Anlage - ein kleines Paradies mit sehr lieben Gastgebern, die sehr zuvorkommend sind und auch an Kleinigkeiten denken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder hier her!

Ottimo soggiorno rilassante in un'oasi verde
Bellissimo residence immerso in un fantastico giardino con palme estremamente curato . Piscina pulitissima con area apposita per bambini (con acqua più bassa ) e ampia area di lettini . Alloggio a piano terra con patio munito di comodissimo stendino. Aria condizionata in sala e in camera . Unica pecca : l'assenza delle zanzariere .

Perfect for family vacation with children
We came back to Baia delle Palme after a very nice stay 3 years ago. The resort is located in a very quiet and green area West of Pula approximately 30 minutes drive from Caglieri Airport. The city of Pula is merely 10 minutes away with very nice restaurants, supermarkets and during July even with frequent cultural events. West of the resort within half an hour drive are very nice beaches with parking facilities and WCs. Also Blufan waterland 15 minutes drive in the direction of Sarroch can be recommend as an alternative to the very nice swimming pool at the resort. It is an absolute necessity to have a car available when staying this resort due to the distance to shopping and even the main road.

Appartamento bilocale con tutte le dotazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Piscina di acqua salata curatissima così come tutta l'estesa area verde che contorna la struttura. In zona isolata raggiungibile da strada sterrata, a 5 min dal centro di Pula e Nora, a 10/20 min dalle fantastiche spiagge della baia di Chia (Sa Colonia, Porto Campana, Su Giudeu, Tuerredda). Super consigliato!

erholsame Ferien in schöner Ferienanlage
Baia delle Palme ist eine sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit grossem, schönen Pool. Das Zimmer war nicht ganz so sauber gewischt und der Anstrich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und der Anlage. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. WLAN gibts leider nur in der Lobby. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand von Chia sowie im Städtchen Pula. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Der Aufpreis für den Meerblick hat sich gelohnt.
Der Pool ist schön angelgt und sehr sauber. Die Anlage liegt ruhig, abseits vom Verkehr. Der letzte Kilometer Schotterstraße könnte teilweise etwas ebener gestalltet werden. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist beeindruckend.

Paradiesische Anlage, italienische Schlichtheit
Die Anlage des abgelegenen Hotels, das keines ist, punktet mit einer Palmen reichen, gepflegten Umgebung, auf der sich die Appartementhäuser als mediterranes Ensemble im maurischen Stil und mit den typischen Farben des Mittelmeers (stumpfes Gelb, sanftes Ocker, gedecktes Rot, klassisches Terrakotta ) und einer großzügigen Poolanlage sehr einladend präsentieren. Dort ist man sehr auf sich gestellt, findet eine spartanische, aber weitestgehend ausreichende Einrichtung mit guten Betten, aber sehr zurückhaltender Kücheneinrichtung vor. Größter Mangel: Keine Waschmöglichkeit für Handtücher u.ä.m. und nur ein wöchentlicher Handtuch- und Bettwäschenwechsel! Freundlich und hilfsbereit das wenige Personal in der Rezeption. Insgesamt empfehlenswert für Urlauber, die wenig Wert auf Service, aber viel auf Ruhe geben.

Vi skulle selv købe toiletpapir, håndsæbe, opvaskemiddel, opvaskebørst, mv. Håndklæderne blev ikke skiftet i løbet af de 6 dage vi var der. Hvis vi ville have dem skiftet, skulle vi betale 10 euro. Altså et meget lavt serviceniveau. Dertil var køkkenet meget sparsomt udstyret og skabene lugtede gammelt. Værelset var meget lydt - vi kunne høre naboerne snakke. Intet privatliv på terrassen. Stranden, som lå 300 meter væk fra fuld af tang og sten. Poolområdet var flot og velholdt.

Ideal für Individual-Touristen, die zwar einge gewisse Infrastruktur (Bar, Pool, Front-Desk) haben wollen, aber sonst keinen Wert auf ein All-inklusive Angebot legen, sondern die Mahlzeiten selber gestalten wollen: entweder in der eigenen Küche, oder in einem der vielen Restaurants in Pula. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Personal ist nett und hilfbereit.

Hotel-residence molto carino e confortevole
Siamo stati 9 giorne nell'albergo Baia delle Palme e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il posto 'e ideale come base per visitare le tante spiagge della zona, in particolare quelle a Chia. L'albergo 'e molto carino, con una piscina molto bella con acqua salata e un bellissimo parco. Il personale 'e molto attento e premuroso. Il nostro appartamento era molto comodo, con un bellissimo balcone che dava sul parco. Ottimo per le colazioni o cene all'aperto. Le spiaggie della zona sono veramente uno spettacolo! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Pas du tout dans notre concept de l'appart-hôtel.
Pas de proposition de nettoyage de chambre, de changement de literie, des essuies de douche ni remplacement du papier toilette en 6 nuits de séjour. Je n'y ai pas retrouvé le concept de l'apparatement-hôtel selon notre expérience dans ce type d'établissement. Niveau équipement de la cuisine, il manquait un petit four ou un four micro-onde, nous avons dû acheter une éponge et du liquide vaisselle (concept appart). Pour les déchets, il y a un tri qui est mis en place mais on nous fourni pas les sacs de couleurs adéquats!!! Acheter 3 rouleaux de couleurs diffèrentes pour n'utiliser qu'un sac de chaque m'a semblé absurde. Cet établissement pour en proposer l'achat à la pièce. Nous avons bénéficié d'un appartement situé juste au dessus de la réception et du bar (heureusement fermé le soir et nuit) et en face de la piscine. Nous avions l'impression d 'accueillir personnellement chaque personne qui venait pour loger ou pour profiter de la piscine. En deux mots, bruyant pour un cadre qui appelle au farniente.

Thank you for your review She has booked a residence not a hotel and maybe she does not know but in the residences are not provided courtesy toiletries you need to arrange for you to take them when you go to the supermarket to do the shopping. The bar inside the residence is open from 8 am and closes at 15.00 and is open for breakfast in the morning or for fast meals at lunch. Bed and bath linen is changed once a week as described under the conditions of Reservation of hotel.com if extra linens are required, as well as extra cleaning of the room and have extra costs also those very well described in the booking terms of hotel.com . At this point I think you missed booking the residence BAIA DELLE PALME not reading all the descriptions maybe you had to book a hotel where he found all the services that asked that hotels should give at much higher prices than the ones he paid for the residence BAIA DELLE PALME. Beautiful place without hotel service
We stayed in the Pini apartment just 40 m from the beach. The surroundings are great and silent. The pool is also fine. You need a car to stay there, by car the beautiful city of Pula is nearby and the capital Cagliari is also quite near. There are also great beaches nearby. We were disapponted about the total lack of hotel services, there is no cleaning and the new towels are brought you once a week. We had to even buy our own toiletpapers.

Buono per famiglie con bimbi piccoli.
La struttura complessivamente era decente. Di certo avrebbe bisogno di una generale ristrutturazione, sia negli edifici che nelle attrezzature (cucina, climatizzatori). La piscina di acqua salata era troppo bassa e nel pomeriggio la temperatura della stessa acqua era caldissima. Gradevole il bar, poi nessun altro servizio. Spiaggia e mare limitrofi non belli.

hôtel très typique au calme avec tout le confort nécessaire , à 10 minutes de route des superbes plages de chia sinon à 5 min à pied d une petite plage aux abords de l hôtel , 5 min en vh du supermarché et commodités de la ville de pula ,35 min de Cagliari , je recommande à ceux qui recherche le calme et la sérénité!
