Beautiful beaches and staff was amazing. Beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. Buffet was ok at best. Resort was beautiful and great entertainment. Because the bed was uncomfortable I would not stay again.

As nice as this place could be,… It’s really not a 4 Star Resort! It’s run down, dirty, not kept up in cleaning nor landscaping. The location is amazing though!!! Sadly the breakfast was very basic and so were the rooms. You pay so much money for a very basic Resort (paying extra for towels and transportation etc)

Go ahead, you must try
We spent a great time there, overall experience is very good and I encourage everyone to try at least once in a lifetime, it is beautiful and unique. I expected a better breakfast and a kids free / relaxing place (b each part and pool) also a lounge bar with some nice music for aperitivo. But that would be just the "cherry on the top"

It was a lovely resort with lot of activities for kids and families through out the day. Albeit food was limited to European food only. Rooms were not modern but clean. Theatre was amazing. Everyone enjoyed a lot.

Fantastic location, bit hilly for the less mobile
Really enjoyed the relaxed sunny days spent on the beach and being able to cool off in crystal clear waters with lots of interesting and non-threatening sea life. Food was excellent and focussed on what the area did best so some might see this as having a narrow choice. Weather for us was 30 deg.C plus with cloudless sun every day in a nice dry heat. Scuba diving off-site was all that we expected as PADI dive masters ourselves. Wish we had gone into down on more than one evening to experience more of the local culture -- cafes bars and a small street market, Minus points for us where that it was a 2 hour drive from our selected airport -- only 60 miles but quite slow roads. Other minus point was that our expectations of paying for all inclusive was not matched by what was actually offered. All inclusive meant that you had to choose from a fixed set of drinks from only one of three bars on site. We arrived quite hungry on our first evening after a 2 hour drive and wanted a snack which we had to pay for apart from tea, coffee and soft drinks. Our room which was otherwise great had no drinks provided or any tea or coffee making facility. We turned up the next day to ask for beach towels expecting to get a set we could trade back at end of day but had to provide a deposit and 2euro each towel to get a clean one. Above aside, we'd definitely considering going back as otherwise a beautiful and peaceful location with good food, good weather and nice staff.

Anyone for Telis?
The resort is beautiful. On arrival we were shown a very poor room (4c). We rejected it immediately as it was a dingy room with no outside seating/balcony or view. The manager reallocated us to 5c which was double the size with a balcony and outside seating. We were very pleased with this and this was what we had expected for Euro100/night. However the room was not equipped with coffee/tea facilities and we were unable to get an iron/ironing board. Eventually we got a kettle, but had to pilfer cups and a spoon from the restaurant. There was a fridge, but no freezer section. Staff on the whole were very friendly and helpful, but all requests at Telis reception took ages to be delivered and usual several visits to make the request. Bar staff were very responsive as we paid for drinks rather than being all-inclusive. This Telis "hotel" within Arbatax Park is very family orientated, but it was evident that there are many variations of accommodation, and the higher grade properties get higher grade restaurants even down to the coffee on offer at breakfast. You don't expect to pay close to £100/night and get offered sub-standard coffee! There was a limited cooked breakfast and the scrambled eggs were cold every day! If you like continental breakfast, the choice was good. We didn't use the buffet dinner restaurant as the cost was too high and we didn't want to overeat. The pizza restaurant cooked the best pizza I have ever had, but they were huge 12" pizzas and good for sharing

Highly recommended
The Telis is a great place to relax and unwind amongst wonderful scenery and super-clean, beautiful beaches and caves. The staff were efficient and very friendly. There was a huge variety of food. We had a standard garden room, which we couldn't fault, overlooking the sea and a lush garden.

The resort is beautiful, the beach and the coves are immaculate. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. The service is great including at bars and restaurants. Beautiful gardens and wonderful park, with local animals, perfect for children.

Jurassic Park without the dinosaurs
Stated elsewhere this place is part of a tropical theme park where you park your car inside the gates and get taken by electric buggy to your villa. Great location, sunny side up, own sand and rocky beaches stretching along the seaside, three pools of differing styles, large buffet restaurants, entertainment, local wildlife including a large friendly parrot that swoops in to check your glass isn't empty and make sure your nuts are in check. Three hotels in the same resort mean a variety of guests and end of season means not so crowded. Was great! Most of the service friendly and helpful except the check in who couldn't really care housekeeping hadn't fully checked after the last people had left. Management - replace the ones we had and the place would get 100%. If back In Sardinia, we are going back here!

Overall place magical. Its a massive village, every guest has little tiny flat (room with bathroom) Beautiful beaches, several swimming pools, parents can relax while their kids can play and swim, staff is keep entertaining adults and children and no worries any harm can happen. Better to go there all inclusive as food and drinks are very expensive. €18 buffet pp. Drinks at the bar starting from €4. Food very average, but pizza very nice (€7-€8.50). Big minus is definitely very bad WiFi signal barely possible to be connected. Rooms comfortable but very basic. Found also sometimes hard to communicate in English but staff and especially cleaners are wonderful and so nice.

The Italian version of Butlins
You have to wear different coloured wrist band for your whole visit to indicate if you have paid for breakfast only in a cheaper room or full board in one of the more expensive rooms etc. There is no beach as such. Full of children under 5, but I would never have taken my children there. Breakfast was disappointing. The best thing about this resort was the evening theater entertainment including some amazing miming.

Flot resort, hyggeligt og med muligheder for meget, men der mangler noget... komfort var for os en mangelvare, især værelser eller hvad vi skal kalde det var skuffende..møblement fandtes ikke, seng, skrivebrod og et skab... møbler på terassen u-komfortable...flisegulvet snasket og virkede u-rent...normalt plejer man at kan lave kaffe om morgenen før man går til morgen buffet..inen muligehed det...ingen service--glas, bestik osv. så man kan nye et glas vin om aftenen...møbler på terasse spartanske..vi kunne godt lide Arbatax området, men savnede som sagt simpel komfort...samt wi-fi i hele området, det er for mig standard i år 2023... er ellers glade for Sardinien og kommer her hvert år... foretrækker at leje lejlighed som vi altid har gjort...vort håb var at Resort ville give lignende komfort..især hvad angår udstyr på værelserne/lejligheden

Først det positive. Både pools og strand er rigtig lækker, og personalet er venlig men nogle gange lidt langsom. Pizza restauranten laver lækre pizzaer, som også er to go. Og så det negative. Værelset var under al kritik. Bad og toilet var stoppet, så indholdet fra toilettet løb ud på gulvet. Og air condition virkede ikke. Det blev lavet efter henvendelser tre dage i træk. Vi blev ikke tilbudt et andet værelse. Depositum for strandhåndklæder på 20 euro blev ikke betalt tilbage, selvom håndklæderne blev afleveret og receptionen kunne finde depositummet.

Site d'exception mais services vraiment pas à la hauteur des prix très élevés. Personnel charmant mais en sous effectif. Attente de 45mn au parking; puis au check in et enfin pour être transporté aux chambres ! 8 restaurants annoncés mais seult 4 accessibles à la fin... La vérité qu'il faut savoir à quoi s'attendre et nous ne retournerons pas.

Oasi di verde sul mare.
Soggiorno in famiglia con due bambini piccoli. Camera bella: ampia, letti comodissimi, meravigliosa vista sul mare, bagno grande e comodo. La struttura è poeticamente immersa nel verde, curatissimo. Piscina tropicale bellissima, la mia preferita di sempre. La prima sera la cena (mezza pensione, buffet) non era molto buona, poi invece sono andate meglio le colazioni e la seconda cena. Ci tornerei? Sì!

Would not recommend this hotel. When you arrive, you feel the smell of donkeys and theres a big gate that doesnt feel welcoming at all. We booked a family room since we have two small children. It was a joke. Felt more like a prison cell then a four star resort room. It didnt even had a window and it smelled of damp. The beds were the most uncomfortoble we have ever slept in and the AC sounds as you have a jet plane in your room. We complaint and the staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a junior suite witch was better. But everything feels very ran down and all the common areas such as terraces and pool area was dirty. Full of leaves and filth. The whole hotel needs a renovation or at least be repainted. The food in the main restaurant was not good. Very tasteless unfortunately. Breakfast is rich and varied. The positive thing was the beautiful beach down by the dunes witch has like a little natural "pool" that was very good for children. The surroundings are very beautiful with green plants and flowers everywhere.

Hotel pulito nel complesso sopratutto nelle camere, nel ristorante e nei bagni posti negli spazi comuni...al contrario tavoli dei bar mai puliti così come i bordi delle stradine...resort bello ma molto scomodo con bambini piccoli per via della sua estensione e delle estenuanti salite da fare continuamente a piedi per spostarsi tra la camera ed il resto...cibo nella norma di un normale buffet...

Abbiamo soggiornato al Telis in agosto Contesto molto carino tra mare e natura, quest’ultima predomina nella sua bellezza. La struttura datata richiede sicuramente delle migliorie. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nelle camere comunicanti al primo piano, i pro: luminose, spaziose e pulitissime contro: datate negli arredi e nella tecnologia ( condizionatore rumoroso, pala rumorose ) Abbiamo scelto la formula della mezza pensione (self service servito ) : Colazione discreta e la cena, anche se varia, non particolarmente entusiasmante. Grande limite del ristorante, in questo momento di Covid, poco rispetto delle regole e del distanziamento inoltre influssi delle persone non sono minimamente regolamentati. Le piacine belle ma non siamo andati perché sempre troppo affollate, come sel resto anche le spiagge che essendo piccoline si riempiono subito Animazione simpatica e con svariate proposte sportive (tennis, ginnastica pilates tiro con l’arco) La parte dedicata agli animali andrebbe rivista, i cavalli in particolar modo dovrebbero essere più curati e seguiti. Ottimo il servizio bagagli e la navetta che ti porta in giro per il parco.

Schön angelegt mit viel grün. Nicht eindeutig, dass die drei verschiedenen Kategorien in einem Areal sind bzw. wo die Unterschiede liegen. Musik am Pool wahnsinnig laut. Abends unsagbar laute Open air Disco mitten zwischen den Bungalows. Generell sollte besser beschrieben werden dass das komplette „Resort“ für Familien mit Kindern toll ist, aber für einen Pärchen Urlaub unserer Meinung nach eher ungeeignet. Frühstück in unserer Kategorie ein Graus. Großes Buffet mit Selbstbedienung, viel kleine plastikverpackungen, meistens waren viele Sachen leer. Mit dem auffüllen hat es nicht gut geklappt, obwohl massenhaft personal rumflitzt. Wohl zu viel als dass sich jemand wirklich dafür zuständig fühlte. Wenn man keine Vollpension/All Inclusive gebucht hat, blieb einem lediglich die Pizzeria mittags. Getränke und Snacks an der Strandbar waren unverschämt teuer (4€ für eine Dose Cola). Strand war schön. Am Hang gelegen. Daher Liegen schön verteilt platziert. Unser Zimmer war im Großen auch schön. Wasserdruck in der Dusche naja. Wir hatten jedoch ein Zimmer mit Durchgangstüre, durch die man jeden Mucks der Nachbarn mitbekommt. Die letzten Tage hatten wir eine Mutter mit zwei Kindern nebenan. Erholung ist was anderes. Zudem hatten wir kleine rote Ameisen im Holzschrank, die Löcher in meine Bikinis gefressen haben. Personal war ansonsten recht bemüht. Trotzdem würden wir nicht wieder kommen.

Die Anlage ist alt und die Zimmer total abgelebt. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und mueffeln ziemlich stark. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört die Schritte der Nachbarn und jegliche Geräusche von den anderen. In dem gesamten Gelände sehr laute Beschallung bis 23 Uhr. Erst danach kehrt etwas Ruhe ein. Das Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht motiviert zu helfen....

Das Resort besteht aus verschiedenen Hotels (Teils, Cottage, Dune). Telis besteht aus kleinen Reihenhäuschen als Zimmer. Auserdem gibt es einige Villen, die mehrere Doppelzimmer beinhalten. Wir haben unser erstes Zimmer auf Nachfrage gewechselt, weil der TV nicht ging, der Safe verschlossen und das Zimmer durch Aussicht auf einen Hang sehr dunkel war. Wir haben danach ein Zimmer in einer Villa bekommen. Um unsere Beschwerden wurde sich umgehend gekümmert. Die Entfernung vom Strand zum Parkplatz ist sehr weit. Ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Es fährt durch das Resort durchgehend ein Bus, dadurch kann der Laufweg verkürzt werden. Bei An- und Abreise wird man zum Auto/Ausgang gefahren und muss das Gepäck nicht selber tragen. Der Komplex isr riesig, aber sehr gepflegt und grün. Außerdem gibt es einen Naturpark mit Tieren, teilweise frei laufend. Tiere können gefüttert werden, Streichelzoo. Für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Der Naturpark ist so groß, dass man darin wandern kann. Der komolex hat uns dadurch sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt verschiedene Hotelstrände, die alle sehr schön sind. Auch den Strand Lido di orri sollte man sich ansehen, auch dort gibt es Hotelliegen. Für Aktivitäten ist gesorgt. Man ksnn Schnorcheln, Boote leihen, auch Animation gibt es. Sportangebote.. Das Frühstück war leider nicht der Hit. Keine Abwechslung, kein Gemüse! Der Kaffee grauenhaft, nicht mal Filterkaffeeniveau. Wir mussten es zum Glück nur 4 Tage essen.

Al mio arrivo mi era stata assegnata una camera indecente con finestra che dava sulla roccia , umida , con puzzo di muffa e incrostazioni visibili nel soffitto del bagno e per finire le formiche . Su mia richiesta me l’hanno cambiata dopo 3 giorni. Ho trovato il sistema del buffet buono ma piuttosto ripetitivo e soprattutto privo di specialità sarde . Piuttosto disagevole la lontananza dal parcheggio delle auto , nonostante il servizio col pulmino che però cessava a mezzanotte .

Esperienza generale buona. Ho trovato il personale alla reception impreparato e sbrigativo a mio giudizio nel fornire dettagli sulla organizzazione generale del luogo e sulle eventuali attivita che si potevano fare, dando tutto per scontato. La sistemazione era più piccola rispetto a quello che si vede in foto sul sito ma accogliente. Unica pecca: le formiche in camera e il servizio pulizia che è passato durante il nostro riposino pomeridiano e non di mattina come dovrebbe essere e avendo trovato chiuso, non è più ripassato a pulirici la stanza. Anche gli spazi attorno alle piscine e le sdraio dovrebbero essere tenuti e puliti meglio. Nella stanza mancava il wi-fi e anche la connessione era scarsa/nulla. I bambini si sono molto divertiti, i ragazzi dell'animazione sono stati molto in gamba. I bagnini dovrebbero guardare meno il cellulare e più la piscina.

The green park is beautiful and well maintained with nice small beaches and bays exclusive for people at resort. Good animation and entertainment. The central all inclusive Restaurant is chaotic but food quality is fine. Staff works hard. The central swimming pool is great but not clean. The airco in the apartments (we stayed in Telis) are very loud (we heard more people complian). In the period we visited the Park (second half of August) the park had 60% italian visitors. 30% came from France and only 10% from other countries. All in all I believe that the price we paid is too high for the quality we got. PS, we booked 16 days all inclusive

J ai beaucoup aimé la vue , et l animation le soir , bravo à eux pour leur magnifique prestations de danse . Par contre la chambre borgne sentait l humidité, lit pas confortable , 3 h de bus pour arriver, et pas de navette gratuite ! Les plages minuscules,la piscine très sale, la nourriture est médiocre , on nous a fait attendre 3h pour louer une voiture et au final la dame de l agence n est jamais revenue ! Une honte ...

Positif, le site et les plages. Négatif la chambre sombre avec fenetre donnant sur l aplomb de la falaise, comme si on a un mur en face..et communicante alors on entendait beaucoup les voisins...Clim tres bruyante.......le tout inclus mediocre par rapport à ce qu on peut connaitre en republique dominicaine par exemple...un seul petit bar tout inclus, et acces a aucun des restos en dehors du tout inclus...en rep dom on avait acces a au moins un resto dans la semaine sur reservation....cours d italien donné par un belge, incroyable!

Purtroppo pensavo meglio....
Posto sconsigliato alle famiglie con bambini piccoli. La location è molto bella, le calette e il mare anche , il parco con gli animali è unico, peccato che sia tutto salite e scale. Dal mare al ristorante o alle camere , è tutto un percorso in salita!!! Soprattutto se la camera assegnata è all ultimo livello del resort! La camera standard non è all altezza della presentazione .... l’unica finestra presente apre sul muro, c’è sempre un minimo di puzza di muffa/umido, il condizionatore è molto rumoroso, la vista dalla porta ingresso è sul bosco.... abbiamo alloggiato al telis, la cucina del ristorante convenzionato è abbastanza buona, soprattutto se si scelgono in piatti ( primi e secondi) cucinati al momento. Peccato il caldo nelle aree del ristorante! Veramente fastidioso basterebbero anche solo dei ventilatori.... dovrebbero rivedere i servizi offerti, manca il servizio in camera! Carina L idea del boboi, unico mezzo che può fare il giro del villaggio , ogni 20 minuti con 6/7 fermate fisse. Sono presenti diverse piscine, ma sempre affollate e poco invitanti ....

Ci dispiace che non tutto sia stato in linea con le sue aspettative e che non abbia apprezzato la sua camera, se ci avesse comunicato i suoi disagi avremo sicuramente cercato una soluzione. L'Arbatax Park sorge su un promontorio ed è immerso in un Parco Naturalistico di 60 ettari. Tutte queste caratteristiche sono riportate in tutti i nostri canali web, in modo che i nostri Ospiti siano consapevoli della morfologia del territorio in cui andranno a trascorrere la loro vacanza. Siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato il Parco Naturalistico, la location del nostro Resort, il mare e il nostro Ristorante. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente. Cordiali Saluti. Vacanza rilassante, non di più.
La pulizia delle camere è buona, quella delle piscine è da rivedere a causa di foglie e erbacce varie. L’accoglienza è delle migliori, servizio taxi per raggiungere la reception e successivamente la camera + Welcome Drink. Le risorse dell’hotel sono infinite: diverse spiagge, svariate piscine, più campi da tennis, uno da calcetto, ristoranti e pizzerie, flora e fauna, discoteca; tutto bellissimo se fossero sfruttate a dovere. Poco coinvolgimento da parte dell’animazione e poc organizzazione della stessa. Buffet del ristorante presenta scarsa varietà soprattutto nelle colazioni ma buona qualità nei prodotti offerti. L’hotel è situato in un luogo geografico il quale non è caratteristico per la movida notturna, infatti è ideale per famiglie con bambini oppure per chiunque voglia passare una vacanza di relax. La qualità prezzo a mio avviso è molto bassa perché non ti viene offerto abbastanza in proporzione al prezzo pagato.
