Public transit and walking we loved the location in the Historic Centre of Cagliari. Wish we had more time to explore. Its got loads of dining options and great local shops

Easy check in. Parking is available but it is not right outside your door. Situated in the Castello district which is central to walk around and see the city and it's long history. Room was clean and comfortable. Luca was very responsive.

Really nice room. Clean and just as advertised. Happy with our stay actually wanted to prolong it but was already rented out. It’s up on a hill, you can take bus nr 8 from Cagliari busstation which drops you of 5 min walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is my second time staying here and it’s a good spot from which to visit the city. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of the main pedestrian areas and busier parts of the city but still in the historic center which I like. Luca, the host, is always quick to respond to questions and it is clean and comfortable.

Good location if you don’t mind climbing many hills and stairs to get to a good number of eating options. Great views. Room was fine, good shower/bath. Coffee machine and a wine fridge complete with bottles to purchase. Seems like a significant number of options nearby so would probably shop around a bit more if I return to Cagliari.

Luca the manager was excellent. Everything was perfect except we could hear people walking around in the unit above us both nights until about 1 AM and again in the morning when they got up at 6 AM and continued. There’s no sound insulation in the ceiling.

Great customer service and location. If you’re walking from town with luggage be prepared to go up a mountain. Beautiful view just a couple of clicks away.

Without hesitation!

Excellent stay! The place isn’t the cheapest around but it worked out perfectly for us, as we needed 2 separate bedrooms. The apartment is located very centrally in the old town, on the top of the hill, next to the Piazza de l’indépendanza. The apartment is nicely furnished but the best is the excellent service furnished by Luca who arrived to let us in and show us around, he is an excellent host. Thanks for everything: restaurant recommendation Sa Piola!, Turredda beach recommendation, both excellent! And most important, for letting us using the shower the afternoon/evening next day, as there were no booking for the following day - very much appreciated!
