Väldigt trevlig värd och rum. Otroligt nära stranden med balkong där man kunde höra vågorna. Väldigt fräscht och renligt. Det enda negativa var sängen som var väldigt hård för vårt tycke.

The location was excellent--one block walk to the beach. In addition to the beach, the entire strip up and down the beach has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was clean, well kept, and had fully reliable, fast-acting air conditioning, which was much appreciated given the summer heat. Luigi is incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did he orient us upon arrival, he made himself available via phone in the event that we had any questions. If you need it, he also has good recommendations, both for the immediate beach area, Cagliari, and the general area.
FYI, the way breakfast works is that you get vouchers, which you can use at one of several restaurants (for basic continental breakfast)--trust us, Otium is the best choice for superior service and OUTSTANDING pastries.

Расположение отеля - замечательное, до моря две минуты. Номер удобный, чистый. Было все, что заявлено на сайте - кондиционер, чайник, утюг. Жалко что нет кухни, но как бонус - завтрак прямо на берегу моря в соседнем кафе))
