Located on the 8th floor with elevator, it comprises :  
\- one bedroom with double bed ;  
\- a second bedroom with a child's bed and desk;  
\- a functional bathroom;  
\- a fully-equipped kitchen;  
\- a dining room (with table and chairs);  
\- and a lounge with a convertible sofa .  
  
You'll particularly appreciate the brightness of the room and its unobstructed view over the center of Caen.  
  
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Cot, Wifi, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Bike room (in the building lobby), etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.  
  
The apartment is well laid out. It is located :

Caen is a pretty city in the northwest of France, located in Normandy. Like Rouen, it is known as the "City of a Hundred Bell Towers". City of William the Conqueror and capital of the Duchy of Normandy along with Rouen, the town has inherited a rich architectural heritage, some of which was destroyed during the Battle of Caen. This city is sure to delight history buffs, with must-see sites such as the Château Ducal, the Abbaye aux Dames, Saint-Pierre Church and the Rue Froide in the old town!

#### Avec un forfait de ménage obligatoire dans la location : je m’attends à une propreté irréprochable !

Quel dommage que les photos de la crasse ne puissent pas être publiées !!! Évacuation de la baignoire bouchée un gros paquet de cheveux , poussière sur les plinthes, poussière sous les tapis , baignoire jaunie par le manque d’entretien, les fonds des poubelles sales, etc…. Depuis combien de temps les équipes de nettoyage sont elles passées dans cet appartement, et / ou comment leur travail est vérifié ??? Première expérience de location sur ce site : quel regret !!! , dommage l’appartement en lui-même est bien situé du quai de Vendeuvre , et bénéficie d’une belle vue sur Caen . J’attends le remboursement du forfait obligatoire de menage qui est pris à l’enregistrement de la location, c’est une honte . À part m’envoyer pour la 2 eme fois mon avis …… quel manque de réactivité, de relation commerciale. Et vous avez toutes les photos prises lors de mon entrée dans l’appartement : personne n’est présent à l’entrée et à la sortie des lieux !!!
