This cozy penthouse is located in one of the best areas of Sánlucar de Barrameda. It is located in a wide and quiet square, with private security.
However, its location is perfect since it is practically very close, just 100 meters from the most important areas of the city and downtown.
In the penthouse you will have all the essentials and more for a perfect stay, with amenities as if you were at home.
But what stands out most of the floor is not your wiffi, nor its heating and air conditioning system in the whole house, but its terrace, which as you can see in the photos, which with its 22 square meters make this penthouse a spectacular place to fully enjoy.

Una semana fantastica
Agustin fur un anfitrion ejemplar. Tomandose el tiempo necesario para explicarnos todo y responder a cu8alquier prgunta.
El piso tiene todo lo que se nesecita para sentirse como en casa. No se nesecita nada mas. Muy cerca al centro de la ciudad y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa.
Seguro que volveremos.

Just perfect
The apartment was a great fit for us 4 for one week.
Augustin prepared some food and drink for our first day, because of closed shops during Semana Santa.
It was everything there so we could travel with handluggage.
Thank you for everything.
