### Bright city apartment by the beach

Completely renovated apartment, located in the heart of Cadiz in front of La Victoria beach and close to the promenade, stores and the summer party. The fantastic old town is located 15 minutes walk away, just a pleasant stroll along the promenade along the beach of Santa Maria del Mar.  
  
The accommodation has a spacious living room with flat screen TV and a comfortable double sofa bed, where to enjoy a relaxing night at home will be a dream. The apartment is divided into two bedrooms; the cozy master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is modern, spacious and has a shower, and the independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.  
  
It has air conditioning in the living room. It is ideal for families with children.  
  
 The apartment is in a privileged location, as it is less than a minute from a dream promenade, with the beach just a step away, and also has unbeatable combinations to access the rest of the cities and towns of Cadiz, close to all bus stops, train stations, and the port where you can take the catamaran to go to Puerto Santa Maria, and enjoy a day visiting the traditional wineries. You can completely forget about the car during your stay.
