Excellently located in the heart of the Santa María neighbourhood, the birthplace of flamenco in the city, and surrounded by interesting places such as the Roman Theatre, the Santa María beach or the Puertatierra walls and with excellent gastronomic options where you can taste the best dishes such as Destino, La Fragua or La Bodeguita de Plocia among many others located in the nearby Plocia street, the city's gastronomic thoroughfare. The flats can accommodate up to 4 people and the building has a lift. Moreover, as they are located in a semi-pedestrian street, you are assured of the best possible rest. They have an excellent WiFi connection so you won't miss anything that happens in the world and you will be able to work remotely if you have to. The flats have a living-dining room with double sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. Modern, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and ceramic hob.
