Great management and location, but in need of updates
The apartment has a lot of potential, but there is room for improvement.
The Cadiz4Rentals staff were absolutely excellent, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. It is located in the central city with good access to the beach, tourist sites, shops, and so on. Affordable parking was less than a 10 minute walk away.
The bathrooms were modern and in good shape, as were the kitchen appliances. However it was difficult to find a comfortable place to sit: the couch was tired and sagging, and the only armchairs were wicker. The double bed in the room with an ensuite was awful -- the foam mattress was uneven and worn. The other beds were in better condition. The kitchen was not well equipped: there were many pots and pans but at least half of these did not work on the induction cooktop. Basic items were lacking, such as a salad or mixing bowl
The apartment is in a densely packed area and therefore there is a lot of street noise. Light sleepers beware, as things only settle down between 2AM and 8AM. This is an expected result of being in the middle of a busy city.
