Easy to get to and easy to get to Cadillac, Mi. Many restaurants available. Would recommend the “13th street grill and The Timbers restaurant. The Yellow Perch has a great back yard view along with grill, fire pit, and access for boating. There is a launching ramp about a mile away and there are docks in the back yard. Quiet area and a great area for walking. The Kitchen was well supplied. Only reason we didn’t give it a 5 is the living room is dark and we recommended to the owner that more light should be made available, which he agreed to do. Everything in the owners description is accurate. He was very responsive when I had questions and very pleasant to deal with. This is perfect for a small family. Great location. Comfortable stay and quiet setting. Nice and friendly neighbors. Fall colors were awesome. Had fun in the water with the watercraft supplied. Downtown was not that far away so we enjoyed some good food too. Dewayne was always in communication and everything went smooth and easy with check-in and out. Love the area.
