The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer. On the lower ground floor, there is a large luggage room with a Scandinavian wood stove (for decorative purposes only) and a hand basin. The upper floor houses one double bedroom with a 160cm bed (190cm in length) and access to a balcony. There is also a second room with a window overlooking the courtyard, containing two 80cm beds (190cm in length). A shower, bidet, and toilet are available on this level as well.
