They were very helpful to recommend a great restaurant for us for Christmas and organised our transport for Trinidad with a stop-over to the gorgeous El Nicho waterfalls. Restaurants and bars were also to visit on foot. Roberto Carlos is a very kind and helpful host! The breakfast was tasty and fresh ( 5€/person). After checking out we were also allowed to leave our baggage in the hostel until the late afternoon. The only negative aspects were that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom and especially the bathroom could have been cleaner.
