minutes from Possum Kingdom Lake and only 25 minutes from Rocker B. This unique
property offers the perfect blend of upscale comfort and outdoor adventure, making it ideal for families, groups, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape. Inside, you will find two spacious king master suites, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, along with a fun and functional bunk and TV room featuring two queen-over-queen bunks—perfect for kids or extra guests. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for gathering, with an expansive kitchen that includes a large island, modern appliances, and a dedicated coffee bar equipped with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Step outside to enjoy the true highlight of Caddo Ridge: the outdoor living space. The covered patio offers breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding hills, complete with a gas fire pit, Blackstone grill, outdoor TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. A lower firepit area with wood provided invites cozy evenings under the stars, and an
outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch after a day of exploring. Adventure awaits right on the property with private Jeep and ATV trails winding through hilly terrain and around three serene ponds, giving the landscape a distinct New Mexico vibe.
