"Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr wird sehr laut gearbeitet. Den Grill wie auf den Bildern gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein abgenutzter Grill aus dem Baumarkt bereit. Eine Nacht...

"Casa PIENA di formiche e lavastoviglie rotta. Scriviamo alla struttura per segnalare i problemi riscontrati e loro chiamano un elettricista che entra in casa a nostra insaputa. Non c’è mai stato un contatto con l’host (neanche al check-in) ma si deve sempre aspettare che l’agenzia risponda. Buona la posizione, ma tutto il resto lascia molto a desiderare."

"Apart from the poor check-in process our stay was restful and enjoyable. We arrived at 4:00pm didn't occupy until 6:00pm. Also, outside sunbed, umbrellas not as pictures (umbrella broken), so no protection. Villa was excellent, location perfect, weather awesome as expected."

"Just 20/25 minutes drive from the airport yet a peaceful and quiet village. Accommodation - all the basics for a self catering holiday and clean. No a/c though and was warm at night even with windows open and shutters closed. I understand what another customer review meant about the big bed - the mattress is very soft so you feel even warmer as you sink right into it. Easy parking right outside and a lovely garden at the back to sit and have breakfast or a drink in the evening plus a roof...

"Very well equipped place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and had a homely feel. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Very nice garden. Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend."

"The pool was immaculate and the villa is in a perfect location with a completely unspoilt view of a pine forest and a constant tone crickets. Close to the beach (6 min drive to one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve been to) and a short walk to Cala Figuera. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen (although we were only a group of 3) and both bathrooms were great! We would absolutely stay here again."

"A beautiful, well equipped villa. We stayed for a week, a family of 11 and a baby. The villa is spacious with a lovely outside area and the pool is fantastic. Owners and manager were very helpful, gave us recommendations for a great boat trip. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and will definitely return."

"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"We had a wonderful stay in this villa. There were 6 adults (3 couples) and it was the perfect size. The villa was clean and very cool with aircon units in each bedroom and the living room. The outside space was truly lovely. The pool was immaculate and a great size. We felt like we were on a cruise ship, as we could see the spectacular view of the sea while in the pool. The hosts we very lovely and extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to go back to this fantastic villa."

"der Ferienort ist charmant, weil recht ursprünglich. Nahezu nur spanische Gäste, viel Ruhe und kleine nette Lokale im Umfeld. Das Haus ist gepflegt und großzügig geschnitten, die Betten von guter Qualität. Die Ausstattung ist leider nur spartanisch, mit drei Gästen gerade ausreichend, bei mehreren Personen aber sicher unterdimensioniert. So gibt es beispielsweise keine Liegen und nur vier Stühle für die Außenterrasse, die zur Straße zeigt. Der große Innenhof und die Dachterrasse sind wenig...

"Just had a fantastic week at the villa , the location was perfect and the views to wake up to every morning were amazing . The villa had everything u could possibly want and Aris the owner even provided a cot and high chair. The pool and outside areas were great and maybe there are a few aspects of the villa that are looking a little tired it certainly doesnt stop it being a great place to go"

"Amazing location. 2 minites walk from the beach. Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways."

"Excellent staff and very good amenities. The pool and the restaurant are great. Needs a bit of an update (curtains, bedding…) and perhaps ensuring all the apartments have everything needed for cooking (utensils). Apart from that, excellent aparthotel and, although it has been mentioned before, amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Great stay!"

"Ein tolles Appartment in Strandnähe, großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, großes Bad, schöne Küchenzeile und das Beste: eine riesige Terrasse zur Ostseite mit seitlichen Blick auf das Meer. So etwas empfiehlt man gerne weiter!"
