### Sunny Balcony Apartment for 4 in Cabourg, 2 Bedrooms, Near Beach and Shops

This apartment for 4 people welcomes you in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. You will find two spacious and pleasant bedrooms, each with a double bed (140) and practical storage for your belongings.   
The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare your meals with ease with a dining area to share good times with friends or family in the living room.   
  
The living room is equipped with a sofa and a television, for TV or reading evenings.   
  
The balcony, accessible from the living room, is a real asset of the apartment. It is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors or to simply enjoy the Normandy sun.   
  
No private parking space but parking is free at the foot of the residence.   
  
The residence is located only 400 meters from the beach and only 900 meters from local shops, allowing you to do everything on foot. You can easily get to the fine, warm sand for swimming, sunbathing or family games. The city's restaurants and shops are also nearby, allowing you to discover the local culture and culinary specialties.  
  
In summary, the apartment for 4 people is the ideal place for a successful holiday by the sea. With its ideal geographical location, its complete equipment, its modern decoration and its pleasant terrace, you will spend a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
