It is ideal for a tourist stay and can accommodate up to 3 people.   
The apartment is ideally located close to the sea.

The accommodation comprises :   
\- a bedroom with a double bed (new mattress),   
\- a cabin bedroom with a single bed (new mattress),   
\- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen,  
 \- a shower room,   
\- a separate toilet,  
 \- and a living room.  
  
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Kettle, Microwave, Iron. You'll also have access to two chiliennes and two outdoor dining tables (one for 2 people and one for 4).  
  
You will also have a private parking space at your disposal.  
  
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.   
  
The accommodation is located :   
\- 200 meters from the beach where the Marcel Proust promenade begins,   
\- 4 minutes by car from the town center,   
\- and close to various bars, restaurants and shops.   
The "Market Cabourg" supermarket is just a 12-minute walk away. For more information on the town, the tourist office is a 5-minute drive away. We look forward to welcoming you

\## Emplacement  
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, located on the Côte Fleurie. Many activities make this city pleasant for a stay with family, friends or alone. The 4 km of fine sand, bordered by the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses, can be enjoyed on foot fishing or sailing. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the most beautiful buildings of the resort. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain the larger ones. The city hosts the Romantic Film Festival every year in June.
