Welcome to Casa Serenidad, a luxury villa perched in the prestigious Mar Vista gated community, an ideal setting for families, couples, or groups seeking privacy, comfort, and unbeatable ocean views.  
  
Start your days with coffee on the expansive veranda, where the Pacific stretches before you. Spend your afternoons lounging in the oceanview infinity pool or enjoying outdoor meals at the BBQ grill and bar. As the sun sets, gather around the outdoor dining area or take a stroll along MarVista’s scenic walking trails.  
  
Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook or host with ease. An 8-seat dining table overlooks the ocean, while the spacious living area offers a plush sectional and large-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure.  
  
With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Each room offers ample storage, luxury linens, and cooling air conditioning for restful nights.

Casa Serenidad is located in the Mar Vista gated community of Playa Flamingo, close to 6 beautiful beaches, the new Flamingo Marina, high-end boutiques, and eateries. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.  
  
• 1 hour to Liberia International Airport (LIR)  
  
• 30 minutes to Tamarindo Commuter Airport (TNO)  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
The property has one parking space located in the garage and an additional two spaces in the parking lot. Optional Amenities (Additional Fee): You have access to the following for an additional fee: Day Pass: $15 per person Enjoy full access to the gym, 8 pickleball courts, and 2 clay tennis courts. Don’t have a racket? No problem—rentals are available on-site for just $5 each. Courts are open 7 days a week for both play and lessons. Reservations and payments are handled directly at the facility.
