Place was clean, comfortable for 3 people. I would strongly recommend renting a car for anywhere staying in the Flamingo area. There is a free gym to use on the property at the Reserva Beach Club. You need to use the plastic white card left in condo. This was not shown to us. Also beach towels are available to use at the club. Also not communicated to us. Special Places needs to become more familiar with property amenities. Saw lots of monkeys. Hiked. Property grounds not flat.
