The Space: Located on the first floor, you still have stairs and a panoramic view atop a coastal bluff, this condo offers a breathtaking view of the bright blue waters of Playa Brasilito and the stunning sandy coastline of Playa Conchal. Flamingo Cove 7 can comfortably accommodate six guests between its two bedrooms and spacious open-concept floor plan. The main living space offers a living room, dining area, kitchen, and sliding glass door that opens to a covered balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The balcony features a wrap-around iron railing and is accompanied by an outdoor dining set that can seat four guests. The comfortable living room is furnished with a stylish design, with a brown suede couch, a matching set of rattan chairs, and a loveseat situated around a wooden coffee table. The couch is situated beneath a sliding window that offers views of the tropical greenery outside, and the space is tastefully decorated with beautiful lamps, vases, and tropical-themed decor. The Neighborhood: Flamingo is a high-end beachfront community notable for its dazzling ocean views and the beautiful, hilly peninsula that juts out into the Pacific, separating Playa Potrero from Playa Flamingo. This property has fantastic views and ample space. The kitchen area made it great for cooking some of our own meals, which was important for our family. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially if it's busy. No fault of the property, but the road to the property is very steep, and you could tell the rain had taken a toll. The space has an incredible view and is perfect for a small family, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Having a washer/dryer too was super helpful. The spot overlooked the pool and ocean and bluffs in the distance. We loved every second and it was a relaxing, quiet spot for our whole family of 5\. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The view is more spectacular than in the photos, and was the highlight of our stay. The property was exactly as described/pictured. Very clean and the air conditioning keeps the place very cool. The condo is well stocked with towels, additional linens and kitchen items. The wifi works great too. The grounds are well maintained. The patio is the perfect place for your coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The management company's staff are wonderful. The coffee maker had a malfunction, I contacted them and they quickly sent a brand new replacement. They were very helpful with booking a tour too.
