Casa Tropical has an ideal location very close to the most beautiful beaches in the Guanacaste area: only a short 10-minute walk to Playa Brasilito and a 15-minute walk to the white sands of Playa Conchal. Tamarindo and Playa Grande are located just 25-30 minutes away by car.



The house is a single-story with 3,000 sq. ft (279 sq. meters). of living space. It is fully furnished and air-conditioned throughout. It has beautiful 25-foot ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen and 10 ft. ceilings throughout the rest of the house, for extra freshness and light.

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this home! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after your pet, which is why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.

- Your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.
