Comfortable living and dining area with Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, Netflix, drinking water , one set of towels per person provided, soap, toilet paper, hand soap and many more ammenities. Private balcony with breathtaking ocean and city views 1 private parking space in the complex Beautiful pool area with hot tub BBQ area available to reserve (often free to use) Quiet and private condo complex Just minutes away from Playa El Médano, Cabo’s most famous beach. From the marina you can easily take boat or yacht tours to: El Arco de Cabo San Lucas Playa del Amor and Pelican Rock (only accessible by boat/yacht) Playa Chileno or Palmilla Beach. San José del Cabo (30 minutes away) – charming town with beautiful beaches, the Art District, Plaza Mijares, and excellent restaurants. Amazing views from the balcony and bedrooms of the arch which we enjoyed every day. It's a quiet area, the pool and hot tub were never busy so that was a bonus as well. We would stay here again. the host was very responsive and accommodating which we greatly appreciated as we had a lot of questions in the beginning. There was a small snag with the wifi but they responded quickly and it we were able to figure it out (just needed to be reset). All and all an amazing stay. One thing to know (nothing to do with the host) is that some uber driver's their gps didn't give them proper directions and would lead them to a dead end road. one of the security guards helped us out and gave our uber driver directions.
