Fun, unique and incredible experience we had! The staff really wants you to enjoy your visit. Will absolutely book again! My only complaint is the included shuttle service from the airport needs communication improvement.

We came here forca friends birthday, all adults. The property is beautiful, the ocean view is amazing. All the pools are infinity. Multiple pool bars, the Italian food was my favorite but all of the food was great. Four themed parties a week, awesome for an adults only trip. Be warned, the white party is a foam party 😂. The rooms are fabulous with a self serve mini bar. The area in front of the resort is never swimable, but there is an area clpse by on calmer days. As with most resorts, there is a lot of walking but there were also a LOT of stairs. Overall, a beautiful property that I would definitely go back to.

The property and staff were great. Only having towel exchange by one pool,having to go through the restaurant to get a new towel. Some of the stairs were slippery (on bridge) . But otherwise i was vrry pleased with this hotew and will be back. Would give 5 stars if you put in a second towel station.

We had a wonderful time here. Special thanks to Iris at the breakfast buffet for keeping the mimosas flowing and Gail at the pool bar. They made our trip extra special. We've never had any issues staying at Riu's and will continue to do so! Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

Overall thought the stay at the Riu Palace was great value. Beautiful property with a friendly staff and lots of dining options. Only complaint I’d say is the quality of food was sub par. Lots of options but the quality was poor and was often cold. A la carte’s were better but had very limited menus.

Although the staff and property were great, my husband got door poisoning on day 3 and it was so bad we had to come home. The temperature controls in the buffet and food freshness is questionable

Loved how great all the employees were so nice always smiling and saying hi. The only feedback I would say is the rooms could use some updating especially the beds, sheets, tv. Also with room Service there should be more verity of foods to chose from.
