Casa Sirena is our 1,400 sq foot two bedroom two bath condo that sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. The Master bedroom is very large and features a King size bed plus a pull out sofa bed and has its own private ensuite bathroom that is in marble . The Guests bedroom can be set up with 2 – twin beds or as a King size bed and the 2nd bathroom is located right beside the Guest Bedroom. The modern Kitchen features a Granite Island and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal . The back terrace has a W & D Dining Room features a large table for 6 guests where you can relax and eat or do other activities. The Living Room is spacious and features a pull out sofa bed , blue tooth player and a Smart TV with 200 channels to choose from. The condo also has its own private high speed internet and a phone with free world wide calling. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard from your 2nd floor location while you BBQ on the spacious patio that is also set up with an outside dining area. The place is ideally located to visit the beach, marina, and downtown. San Jose del Cabo is a short Uber ride away (25-45).The staff does a great job keeping the place clean. The air conditioning works very well, and the view of the pool and gardens are beautiful. The pool is well maintained and heated to a comfortable temperature. We enjoyed getting a drink in the pool, too. I also recommend visiting Tres Amigas at least once. The food is good, especially the molcajete. So since this is an older project the windows are quite thin and the boom...boom...boom of the music until late night was something I could not sleep through. And the early morning (4am) delivery trucks downshift and stop right in front of the bedroom windows as there is a traffic hump they have to slow down for. My husband is hard of hearing so he had no problem. Me, not so much even wearing ear plugs did not help. I did not get one nights sleep the entire week we were there. Now the 2nd bedroom to the front of the unit you did not hear all of this. I would not book this unit again, but I will book other units in Marina Sol as the location and staff were great to work with. ##### Vikki J. All of the staff members were so nice and helpful. The condo and pool were well kept. We enjoyed the pool every day and liked that it was just a quick walk to the beach and Marina. Clean, comfortable, relaxing, safe and everything you need on site or within a easy walking distance. Amazing staff and greeting. This place is an Oasis in the heart Cabo. Short walk to the beach with all the water activities you could ask for. Short walking distance to all the popular restaurants in Cabo. The staff was very responsive to any requests that we had. Helped arrange for transportation from the airport to the property. On site concierge was very helpful with coordinating excursions and helping with dinner reservations. The property itself is very clean and well maintained. There is lush grass and landscaping throughout the property. The pool is great with an onsite restaurant with daily happy hour specials. The condos are well appointed, essentially move in ready with everything you need for cooking, sleeping, cleaning ect. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### Chris E.
