Better than the pictures. We enjoyed the amazing rooms, the full kitchen, and the huge patio and private hot tub. Great ocean views and we enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio with the sunrise.

We asked for one of the renovated rooms upon check in and was great for a family girls trip. 10 min walk down the beach to the lively area with bars and restaurants. Pool is a nice warm temperature and beach is beautiful. Would stay here again.

#### Staff was not the friendliest

Property was beautiful and in a great location. Check in would not accommodate any early arrival, even by an hour. The concierge staff was pushy and rude when we didn't want to buy packages. Bar service was slow but friendly. Food was great and restaurant staff were friendly. Beach was beautiful and well maintained.
