With its prime location and luxurious amenities, it's the perfect haven for a peaceful getaway in the heart of Cabo.  
  
Completed in July 2021, this house offers ultimate comfort and convenience – just bring your toothbrush. Enjoy terraces at the main living area, both front and back, along with a rooftop terrace boasting breathtaking ocean and golf views. The private enclosed backyard adds an extra touch of tranquility. The accommodation includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 double beds.  
  
Delight in amenities such as a swimming pool, patios, and gardens adjacent to the house. Guest Access:  
This unit is literally across the street from the clubhouse - 20 steps away.. The clubhouse has an amazing and quiet pool with views of the ocean and small grille and with full bar and incredibly friendly service. It also has a little bodega with fresh coffee drinks made to order, alcohol, sodas, snacks, toiletries, etc.. The gym is also well equipped. The clubhouse is a stopping point for the shuttles that run throughout Quivira. Very convenient.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Copala is located within Quivira, a luxury development in the northern area of Cabo San Lucas. Quivira features a Jack Nicklaus golf course, two Five Star Resorts (Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica), the Quivira Club House with a Prime Steak Restaurant, and two other high-end residential communities, all surrounded by beautiful landscaping and roads perfect for a morning walk or run.  
  
Getting Around:  
Complimentary transportation is available within Quivira development. Also shuttle service is available from Pueblo Bonito Sunset to Medano Beach. Please note Copala transportation is provided by Copala and is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY and schedules are set by Copala. Service must be booked with Copala Concierge.  
  
If you plan to explore Cabo and its surroundings we recommend you rent a car. Let us know and we can help arrange.

We stayed at John's property with 6 adults and had plenty of space. You have access to all of the pools on the property, with the exception of the Beach Club (Quivera owners only), which is a great feature. We loved walking the neighborhood every day and we are able to hang out as a group and do our own things! Great space, would recommend.

#### Beautiful house with stunning ocean view!

This was a great house on a beautiful property. Three big bedrooms. There is plenty of space. You can easily walk to the clubhouse to access the gym and pool with great food options and a concierge service. We had a great time at this location. We couldnt find a super easy way to walk to the beach, but you can easily take a shuttle. Absolutely gorgeous ocean views. I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony with a cup of tea in the morning time. There is also a beautiful rooftop with private firepit. Great grill set up. The house made our trip very special!
