We watched the sun come up every morning from our 3rd floor patio and stargazed every night falling asleep to sounds of the crashing waves below. We absolutely loved the private penthouse balcony. In addition you can wake up to ocean sunrise views from an amazingly comfortable king size bed. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. There are not many restaurants nearby so you will need a car or taxi/bus. The poolside restaurant is not too bad and service is excellent and friendly. Highly recommend Sunset Mona Lisa dinner experience just a short walk from the property. It’s expensive but worth it! ##### Marc H. Absolutely breathtaking property! All redone and the balcony overlooking the ocean was incredible! Deny met us when we arrived and greeted us with chips and salsa and some Coronas! Any questions I had he communicated via Whatsapp and he always responded promptly! This unit is great for couples a little small for families! Everything is clean and modern, and Deny made the check-in and check-out procedure seamless. The condo is well-maintained and well-equipped, including with beach chairs and the all-important beach umbrella. There is a semi-private beach within feet of your doorstep and the property sits next door to The Cape, Sunset Monalisa, and Jazz on the Rocks. We recommend checking out the recently opened T1me & Coffee for their cold brew.
