You’ll enjoy daily sunrises on the ocean, along with gorgeous moonrises from the bedroom, living room and large extended patio with an outdoor living room and electric grill. Wake up to the view of the ocean from your bed. Then grab your coffee or tea and head out to lounge on the patio just relaxing and taking in the view from your very private and shaded patio. If you choose to dine in, you’ll enjoy a very well equipped kitchen with a large breakfast. Or you might want to go out to one of the restaurants within walking distance for a great meal before heading down the steps to one of our two beaches or the pool. You have the cove for swimming and snorkeling on the left of the property or the surfing beach to the right. You’ll enjoy meeting new friends at the large heated pool with the swim-up bar restaurant. Both the bedroom and the living room have glass sliding doors that open to the patio and a front door screen door, so you can enjoy the flow through ocean breeze all day long. You have elevator access to the 6th floor and then walk up one flight of stairs to the location of this quiet and private condo. You have filtered water in the entire condo so there’s no need to buy bottled water. If you’re on a working vacation, with fiber optic high speed WIFI, just grab a seat at one of the kitchen bar stools or go out to the outdoor living room and enjoy the view while you work. As you walk through the lushly landscaped resort to head down the steps to the beach, the first place you’ll pass is the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where you can book all your Cabo activities while having food and drinks and meeting new friends. Besides the pool, 2 beaches, 2 restaurants, and a well stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants (with amazing views) on this east point of Cabo San Lucas bay! In fact, within a 5 minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset Mona Lisa and Manta at the Cape Hotel. Just want drinks and a pizza with a breathtaking views of all of Cabo and Land’s End? We’ve got you covered with that too at Jazz on the Rocks at Sunset Mona Lisa. And, boy, did we luck out in the end. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. The location is pretty located close to San Lucas and San Jose. We rented a car and the security guards were so friendly and helpful. The unit is a beauty; clean, well decorated, and an AMAZING view from all of the rooms. We had coffee on the balcony, more like an outdoor living room, in the mornings to watch the sunrise. We saw whales every morning frolicking in the bay. DID I mention, the view is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed for those who like to cook, like us. The washer and dryer came in handy. The beach chairs were in excellent condition and helpful as we explored local beaches. The bed is comfy. The AC worked quickly when we needed it. The weather in December was perfect for no AC & keeping the sliding glass door open to hear the waves as we slept. The energy in the unit is light and clean. Attention to detail in the condo is beyond compare. We will definitely be back. Since the unit is on the top floor, there is an elevator. Although the stairs were an easy workout as we came and went. Very clean and quiet. Calm atmosphere poolside and in poolside bistro. Quiet and private community with a sweet beach area to snorkel, sit, or watch the sunrise. There is a market on site for last minute needs. The communication was the best I've ever had on VRBO, with outstanding local recommendations. Seriously, this stay was perfect. My wife loved the fact that we could stay on property and walk to restaurants to watch the sunsets. No car needed. Uber picks you up just steps away. Do yourself a favor and book this condo! Wonderful, especially in the afternoon when the sun starts setting and the deck cools down with the ocean breezes. Plenty of Ubers available so didn’t need to rent a car. The views are spectacular from seeing every sunrise while we were there to seeing the whales breaching from the lanai. The property is meticulously manicured and beautiful with the flowers and greenery. We visited the beach almost every day and enjoyed every minute of it. Andreas and Jarod at the pool bar are top notch, pretty much anything you would need as far as a rental car to setting up excursions Andreas can get it done for you Lynn is very easy to work with when renting the condo, communication was excellent We will DEFINITELY be returning and staying at the same condo for sure Thank you Tim ##### Tim I. Stunning views, best in Cabo! The pictures do not do it justice. You are high up so you can see the ocean the coastline and sometimes there's fireworks. The View is amazing with a great deck to enjoy it on! The Sunrises were spectacular! The kitchen appeared to be well stocked if you were going to cook in. We went out all 3 nights being there are so many great restaurants in the area (El Huerto was a fav!). There is a restaurant called Sead just steps away from the property that was perfect for bfast, coffee and lunch. The pool on the property was nice with such great service from the pool bar and restaurant too. Good lunch food and pina coladas and margaritas too! Beach chairs are comfy, umbrellas available if you need some shade. The walk to the beach is pretty close. It's not a beach to "walk" as there are rocks on each side, but it's quiet and quaint. Overall, we had a super relaxing time here! ##### Mary P. From the moment we arrived, Lynn, the property manager, made sure everything was seamless and welcoming. The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The real highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—we could see whales right from our balcony! It was truly a magical experience to watch them every day.The property amenities were fantastic as well. The pool area was super chill, never overcrowded, and the bar had great food and drinks with excellent service. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying the ocean views from our condo, every moment felt like paradise.If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed place with stunning views and a relaxing vibe, this is it! Spacious, well appointed, gorgeous views from the very large balcony.
