Looking for a perfect vacation with everything at your fingertips? You have found it! Monteluna is a brand-new residential building built in Pedregal, that offers the perfect wellness amenities for those that are looking to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy their vacation!  
  
Casa Bella Vista is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the Monteluna Residential community. When you enter the condo, you will find 2 guest bedrooms on either side -- offering their own ensuite bathrooms. You will then pass by the closet with the washer/dryer combo, guest half bathroom, and pantry. You will love the view you see when you get to the kitchen! The floor plan is open and spacious from the full-size kitchen, to the dining table area, to the living room area. You will have empty of space for your entire group to relax and enjoy their own space if needed. The master bedroom is located off the living room area with their own ensuite bathroom and sliding doors out to the terrace area. You will love the terrace with an option for seating around the fire pit or sitting around the table for those that want to dine outside! There is a built in BBQ area that offers perfect spacing for those that love to grill!  
  
On the 4th floor of the building is located the amenities that this community offers--- gym with several options for working out, sauna, spa, pool, cabanas, seating, tables and chairs, along with more to come!
