It gives you the feeling of being outside when you are actually enjoying this view from the privacy of your condo. You’ll enjoy 2 private bedrooms. One oceanfront with a queen murphy bed and the other bedroom right off the living room with a king bed. The huge ocean views are right there as soon as you walk into the kitchen and living room from the front door. All you’ll hear staying in this condo is the sound of the waves. With brand new appliances this kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, and of course, filtered water. Or maybe you prefer going out and only making appetizers to go with the drinks you're enjoying as you watch the sunset from the bar height table in the ocean room. Even with the murphy bed down you have plenty of room to use the table as your desk if you’re here for a work/vacation. Imagine going to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing below and a view of a sky full of stars, or the light of the full moon glistening on the ocean. And then waking up to the view of a cruise ship passing by on it’s way into the bay. Or whales spouting right out front from fall to spring! You’ll feel the ocean breeze all through the entire condo, from the screen door at the front door, to the side window oceanfront, to the 2 glass doors that slide all the way back into the walls. Where else can you have a view like this while you lounge on the sofa watching your favorite sports or TV shows? With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with glass enclosed showers, family or friends traveling together can close the wood and glass walls for each bedroom and have complete privacy. Please note the tub in the hall bath is not usable. Just before you arrive at this oceanfront building, you’ll pass the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where you can book all your Cabo activities while having food and drinks and meeting new friends. And right before you turn to walk to the end of the building to your condo, you'll find the stairs down to our swimming/snorkeling beach. To the right across our driveway is one of the top surfing beaches in Cabo. Besides the pool, 2 beaches, the pool bar/restaurant, and a well stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants within walking distance (with amazing views)! In fact, within a 5 minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset Mona Lisa and Manta at the Cape Hotel. Just want drinks and a pizza, or maybe a high end meal with great views of all of Cabo and Land’s End? We’ve got you covered on both at Jazz on the Rocks upstairs from Sunset Mona Lisa. The Palapa swim up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks. They also serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10-15 USD per person 2x/week. Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo. We got up at sunrise every morning to watch the mobula rays jump out of the water. I think this only happens in the Sea of Cortez and only during certain times. We saw whales, birds, and iguanas. Boat watching is fun. Bring your binoculars for all of this. It’s just magical to open the windows on both side of you to experience this. The king bed was very comfortable. The place is spacious for two plus and decorated beautifully. You can stay in and have pretty much everything you need or if you choose to head out the pool and gate staff are extremely accommodating with anything you are seeking. The view is outstanding, whales spotted from the windows each day. Close walk to a lovely sandy beach, but be ready for some stairs to get there and back. Lynn was a very responsive host and answered many questions for me. The vibe is very chill and laid back. Andre and Louis do a great job with the pool bar and cantina. The food is really excellent. The views were amazing. We saw multiple whales every day. The private Cabo Bella Beach was good for swimming and snorkeling, a rarity in Cabo.
