After a few frantic calls and excruciating wait times we finally had customer service book a hotel for our family upon arrival and then this condo was offered as a replacement. It was wonderful. VRBO covered the hotel and the upgrade cost. So a bit of stress on the way down was eased away on the balcony and massive pools. The view is amazing - I watched a young whale jumping out of the harbour as I cooked supper one evening. Juan-Carlos was easy to reach in case anything happened (it did) and his service was quick and super friendly. The condo itself is very new, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend ##### Tim C.
