Morgan Hotel Boutique & Residences is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas, only a half-mile from the Marina Cabo San Lucas and one and a half miles from the Puerto Paraíso Shopping Mall, the biggest and most important in town. The hotel is within walking distance of the best international restaurants, with easy and quick access to all the tourist attractions of Cabo’s downtown area.  
  
This well-appointed studio offers a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, two-burner stovetop, and microwave to whip up delicious homemade treats during your stay. It also enjoys a huge TV, a partial AC window unit, and a sparkling en suite bathroom. Other great amenities on-site include a rooftop pool and a fitness center.

Coffee kit available for purchase at reception.  
There is a vending machine available 24 hours a day. (Sodas, juices, Gatorade, electrolytes, chocolate milk, beers, energy bars, and a variety of chips, etc.) You can pay in cash or credit card.
